Deanna Hobbs

Deanna Hobbs (she/her/hers) is a community organizer and grassroots activist with a passion for empowering others to get involved in the political process. As a peer educator and lobbyist for reproductive rights, Deanna found her calling for uplifting underrepresented voices and making political action more accessible. Continuing with this theme, she branched into environmental activism, food justice, and agricultural advocacy, as a way to bring important conversations to the dinner table—literally. Deanna has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Genocide Studies from Pacific Lutheran University, and experience with legislative action, peer empowerment, victim advocacy, digital organizing, and volunteer engagement. She is also an organizer in her free time and enjoys recreational event planning.
