There are millions of women—most living in small towns, rural, and suburban communities—who say they want progress on things like access to healthcare and climate change, but don’t yet reliably vote that way. Volunteers connect with women to address the social and cultural barriers that can stand in the way of using our full civic power to build an America that works for all of us. Skilled volunteers make up the chorus of voices that welcome and engage women—whether on a deep listening phone call or through thoughtful facilitation in our digital community—volunteers are the heart of our community.
